Hello lovely people, to help a litle in these challenging times I would like to share another guided breathing exercise to help anyone who is struggling with increased anxiety.

Parts of the press are less responsible than others in fuelling anxiety and fear, which leads to the scenes we have seen in supermarkets around the world recently.
We have warned many times that hundreds of thousands of patients were wrongly prescribed antidepressants by GP’s. Now the Daily Express newspaper has highlighted the problem and featured a letter sent by Menopause Support founder, Diane Danzebrink to the Royal College of GPs.
