PODCAST

Welcome to the Making Menopause Matter Podcast

Making Menopause Matter is the podcast that opens up the conversation around menopause—honestly, openly, and without shame.

Hosted by Diane Danzebrink, founder of Menopause Support, it’s here to guide you through the confusing menopause landscape, and to inform and support anyone affected by menopause, directly or indirectly.

From symptoms to solutions, with plenty of myth-busting along the way, this is your go-to listen for clarity, connection, and change.

The podcast is based around the chapters of Diane’s Book, Making Menopause Matter, so the series will be exploring all aspects of menopause and welcoming guest speakers too.

Episode One – Setting the Stage

In this episode I set the stage by sharing my experience of menopause and how that led me to research the menopause landscape, back in 2013, which highlighted the needless suffering that was happening. I share how that insight has shaped my life since, leading to the founding of Menopause Support, the writing of a book, and the creation of the #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign.

This episode will give you an insight into why I wanted to create this podcast, who it’s for (everyone) and what you can expect during the series.

Future episodes will include:

  • What menopause is and why and when it happens
  • A deep dive into menopause symptoms
  • Menopause treatment options
  • Optimising self care
  • Seeking professional help
  • Menopause and work
  • Menopause and relationships
  • Menopause and beyond
  • Why we must Make Menopause Matter

To join Diane for a weekly, friendly, very honest guide to navigating the menopause landscape, subscribe via your favourite podcast platform and please share with anyone who you think might benefit too. Find the series on Apple Podcasts and Spotify
