Recently I ran a poll in my private FB group asking women who had gone into surgical menopause what information they had received about menopause and HRT prior to their surgery.
A shocking 75% said none.
I received no counselling or information about surgical menopause before my surgery 8 years ago, which had a devastating effect of my life, I now counsel and support women of all ages.
