This needs to be top of our agenda every day!

This week is mental health awareness week – and whilst I applaud that initiative, it’s vital that mental health is at the top of our national agenda EVERY DAY as it is so vital to personal and national wellbeing.

Personally I would also like to see mental health conversations include hormones too as they can have such a profound effect on our mental health.
