Private 1-1 consultation to take control of menopause

This one- off telephone or video consultation is an opportunity to talk, in confidence and have all your questions answered about Menopause, HRT and alternative treatments. I will help you to;

• Make informed choices about your health and wellbeing, based on up to date evidence based, non biased, information.
• Prepare to speak with your GP, gynaecologist or complementary therapist and we can consider positive lifestyle options to help you take back control and get on with your life.
• A letter for your GP can be provided following the consultation if you would like.

I am passionate that every woman should have access to information and support. This session is offered at a rate that I hope will make it affordable to as many women as possible.
