Let’s #MakeMenopauseMatter together.

Here are nine ways that you can get involved in campaigning:

 

 Write to your local CCG to ask what they are doing to improve menopause care in your area. Tell them about the #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign.


Write to your MP, share your experience and raise awareness of the #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign.


Write to Liz Truss, minister for women, to ask what she is doing to improve menopause care and support. Tell her about the  #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign.


Write to the RCGP share your experience of GP care, tell them about the #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign and ask what they are doing to improve GP education.


Join the patient participation group at your GP practice, raise awareness of the #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign and ask them how they are going to improve menopause care.


Approach your employer/union to ask what they are doing to raise awareness and improve support for menopause.


Tag a celebrity or influencer who has spoken about menopause, there are lots of them, and ask them to share the #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign on their social media profiles.


Contact your local news media, share your experience and raise awareness of the #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign.


Sign and share the #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign petition on all of your social media and in groups.
