I&#8217;m pictured with follow speakers, local GP Clare Searle, Watford councillor Jennifer Pattison\u00a0 and Martin Weatherlit.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Weatherilt, whose wife Annette died by suicide in 2021, told the Observer:: \u201cWe know there are holes in the system, and people can fall into these gaps.
