As some of you know I record a podcast with my lovely friend and fellow surgical menopause sister Sophie.

The regular podcast –  The Good, The Bad & The Downright Sweaty – is available on Apple Podcasts or the Podbean app.

Mothers and the Menopause

Campaign founder Diane Danzebrink spoke to the popular “Mothers Matter” podcast recently about why we must be the generation to #MakeMenopauseMatter. You can listen by following the link below.

Thanks in large part to Diane Danzebrink and Rachel Weiss, my guests on this podcast, the menopause is covered more often in the media. But there is still a huge amount of ignorance as to what the symptoms are and how to cope with them. Diane is the founder of Menopause Support and the driving force behind the #makemenopausematter campaign. She outlines her own story and explains what help is available. Rachel is the founder of Menopause Cafes and #Flushfest 21 and explains why it is good to talk.

In episode 6 we talk to our partners about their experiences of supporting us through menopause so I thought it might be useful for some of you to listen to or share with your own partners.

Also there is a new episode just uploaded about anxiety.

This and all of our resources are free to download, share and print. I hope they help.
