This week Menopause Support was in Norwich at the Castle Quarter Shopping Centre for a free menopause drop in event.
We had lots of people come and chat. It was upsetting to hear how so many were struggling to get the help and support that they deserve both in healthcare and in the workplace.Also distressing to hear from several postmenopausal women still experiencing symptoms who felt that they just had to get on with it.
Really encouraging to have two men come and ask for information for their partners.
All those who came to chat left with the Understanding Menopause booklet and advice about how to get the help, care and support that they deserve.
