Good question. So proud of Julie who contacted me last year for advice and support to set up a menopause support group for her colleagues.
I was delighted to be invited to one of their meetings earlier this year to see just how Julie’s group is helping her colleagues feel less lost and alone and empowering people with information and understanding.
Menopause awareness in the workplace is a win/ win situation, women feel able to stay in the workplace when they are supported and employers retain valuable members of staff.
What’s not to love?
